Leadership Vision

Reimagining the PGDM for what business needs next.

Three commitments behind every PGDM decision we make.

One question drives every decision, from day-one curriculum to placement-day offers: does this make our graduates readier for the organisations hiring them?

A Richer Learning Experience

Built on rigour, not routine: contemporary frameworks, live case pedagogy, AI Labs for hands-on training and continuous assessment that keeps pace with how business is actually practised.

Industry Driven Learning

Shaped by the people who run businesses - practitioner-led sessions and consulting-style assignments that connect theory to real organisational decisions from day one.

Real-world Opportunities

A direct line from classroom to career - internships, global exposure, and placement outcomes that reflect real readiness, not just credentials.

Dr. Amit Gupta, Chairman, JIMS Kalkaji
Our vision is to deliver a PGDM where academic rigour meets real-world relevance - equipping every student to create impact from the outset. At JIMS Kalkaji, our ambition goes beyond teaching management; we are building institutional capability, anchored in globally benchmarked academic standards and industry partnerships that keep our curriculum continuously relevant.

Building AI-Ready Business Leaders

How JIMS is preparing every student to think, decide and lead with AI

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a specialisation - it is the new business literacy. At JIMS Kalkaji, AI readiness is woven into the way we teach, mentor and prepare students for the workplace, so every PGDM and PGDM-IB graduate leaves not just knowing about AI, but knowing how to use it to solve real business problems.

Our AI-Ready Framework

  1. 01

    AI Centre of Excellence (AI-CoE)

A dedicated institutional hub driving AI-led innovation, entrepreneurship and applied research, connecting students to faculty, startups and industry practitioners working on live AI problems.

  2. 02

    AI Woven Into the Curriculum

Core and elective courses across PGDM and PGDM-IB build AI and data fluency into functional areas - Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations - so students learn to apply AI to real managerial decisions, not just study it as theory. These courses are delivered by multiple industry experts from different functional domains, helping students understand how AI tools are applied within each respective domain.

  3. 03

    Hands-On With Industry Tools

Students work directly with generative AI, analytics and automation platforms - including tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Tableau and Python-based AI applications - through labs, projects and live case studies, building the practical comfort employers now expect from day one.

  4. 04

Career Readiness for an AI-Driven Workplace

Placement preparation is aligned to how AI is changing roles across sectors, helping students walk into interviews - and jobs - able to speak the language of AI-enabled business. The Corporate Relations team also prepares students using institute-subscribed AI tools such as Remasto.ai which help students practise and build confidence for interviews.

At JIMS, AI-readiness isn't an add-on - it's how we prepare you to lead.

-Industry in the Classroom

Learn from industry. Work with industry. Walk in ready for industry.

Business isn't taught at a distance here - it's brought into the room, and you're sent out into it, long before your final term.

01

Industry experts

Regular sessions by CXOs and practitioners bring current business thinking into the classroom - not textbook theory once removed.

02

Live projects

Solve real challenges for real organisations through consulting-style assignments that put classroom frameworks to the test.

03

Industry visits

Experience leading companies firsthand - operations, strategy, and culture up close, beyond the case study.

04

Global exposure

International immersion and exchange opportunities build the cross-cultural fluency today's managers need.

-Life at JIMS

Two years of case studies. Also two years of your people.

The classroom is half of it. Fests, committees, and a campus in the heart of Delhi's business district make up the rest.

1 / 6

Committees

Run something, not just attend it

Student-run committees for marketing, HR, finance, and events - real ownership, term one.

1 / 6

Fests & culture

Annual fests, sports, and socials

Management fests - ZEST, Celebrity Night, and sports leagues running alongside the academic calendar, not instead of it.

1 / 6

Community

A cohort you'll actually know

Small enough that faculty know your name, big enough for a genuinely wide peer network post-graduation.

-Student Voices

Don't take the brochure's word for it.

Ask current students and alumni directly at any info session - or start with their own words below.

I picked JIMS Kalkaji for the location and stayed for the recruiter access — CXOs actually show up and remember your name in the next session.
